OC5022B is a high-efficiency and high-precision switching step-down high-power LED constant current driver IC with built-in 60V power MOS.
OC5022B Peak current control with fixed turn-off time, the turn-off time can be adjusted by external capacitors, and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements.
OC5022B By adjusting the external current sensing resistor, the driving current of the high-brightness LED lamp can be controlled to achieve the expected constant brightness.
Add a PWM signal on the DIM side to dim the LED light. The DIM side also supports linear dimming
The OC5022B also integrates a DD regulator and an over-temperature protection circuit to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
OC5022B is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in SW pin.
