OC5031B is a high-end current-sensing step-down high-precision high-brightness LED constant current driver controller.
OC5031B The output current is set by an external resistor, and the maximum output current can reach 10A; Current accuracy +3%; Few components are required for the peripherals to perform step-down, constant-current drive functions, and PWM or linear dimming can be achieved via the DIM pin.
The system adopts the inductor current hysteresis control mode, which has a very fast response to load transients and a high suppression ratio to the input voltage. IT HAS AN INDUCTOR CURRENT RIPPLE OF 20% AND OPERATES UP TO 1MHZ.
OC5031B is particularly suitable for applications with a wide input voltage range, from 5.5V to 60V.
OC5031B Built-in over-temperature protection circuit, when the chip reaches the over-temperature protection point, the system will immediately enter the over-temperature protection mode, which will reduce the input current to improve the system reliability. OC5031B has a built-in LDO with an output voltage of 5.5V and a maximum current output of 5mA.
OC5031B is available in a small SOT23-6 package.
