OC5120 is a high-efficiency and high-precision switching step-down high-power LED constant current driver IC with built-in 100V power MOS.
THE OC5120 OPERATES IN A FIXED FREQUENCY PWM MODE WITH A TYPICAL OPERATING FREQUENCY OF 140KHZ.
The OC5120 has excellent load regulation characteristics due to its average current sensing mode.
The OC5120 has integrated high and low brightness functions, which can be switched through the MODE port. MODE is suspended in high-light mode, and MODE is connected to low-light mode with 1/2 current in high.
The OC5120 also integrates a VDD regulator and an over-temperature protection circuit to reduce the number of external components and improve system reliability.
The OC5120 is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in sW pin.
