The OC5864 is a monolithic step-down switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs. The OC5864 achieves 0.6A peak output current over a wide input supply range of 5.5-60V and has excellent line voltage and load regulation.
The OC5864 operates in a PWM current-mode mode with easy loop stabilization and fast transient response.
The OC5864 integrates protection features including cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown.
The OC5864 is available in a SOT23-6 package with few external components.
