The OC6813 is a synchronous boost DC-DC with low standby power consumption and high efficiency with a standby current of only 15uA.
The OC6813 uses a fixed-on-time PFM control to automatically reduce the switching frequency at light loads to maintain high conversion efficiency.
The OC6813 requires only 3 components in the periphery to convert the low input battery voltage to the desired operating voltage.
The OC6813 uses patented control technology with low standby power consumption and high efficiency at light load. The OC6813 can be implemented while maintaining the output voltage boost regulation
The input current is only 15uA, making it ideal for applications where standby time is critical.
The OC6813 is available in SOT23-3 and SOT23-5 packages.
