OC7143 is a linear step-down LED constant current driver with dimming function, an external resistor and an NMOS can form a complete LED constant current driver circuit, and the external resistor can be adjusted to adjust the output current.
The OC7143 has built-in overtemperature protection to protect the chip from damage caused by overheating.
The OC7143 has a very low quiescent current of 60uA typical.
OC7143 supports DIM analog dimming function, which can regulate the LED current by inputting an analog voltage of 0.2~2V on the DIM pin, and when the VDIM voltage is greater than 2V, the output current will keep the maximum current working.
The OC7143 has built-in input overvoltage protection.
The OC7143 is available in a SOT23-5 package.
