BP1658CJ is an LED linear constant current driver chip with integrated five channels for high-precision dimming. It is suitable for five-way color smart bulb lamps. BP1658CJ has a built-in three-channel (OUT1/2/3) 40V/150mA MOSFET and two channels (OUT4/5) 500V/75mA MOSFET. The output currents of the five channels are controlled through the I2C protocol. It can achieve current control of 1024 levels of gray scale and can eliminate the flickering phenomenon during the dimming process. BP1658CJ has an over-temperature regulation function. When the temperature of the chip reaches the over-temperature point, the output current of the chip will automatically decrease, increasing the stability of the system. BP1658CJ is packaged in ESOP8.
