BP3286J is an LED driver chip with high efficiency and high PF value that supports triac dimming. The chip operates in the critical continuous conduction mode of inductive current and is suitable for LED driver power supplies with Buck-Boost structure. The BP3286J chip integrates a 600V power switch internally. Adopting gate drive and high-voltage power supply mode, it can achieve excellent constant current characteristics with only a few peripheral components, greatly saving system cost and volume. BP3286J has multiple protection functions, including LED open-circuit protection (overvoltage protection), LED short-circuit protection, and chip temperature overheating adjustment.
