BP5936D

Category:

BP5936D is a high-performance PWM/Analog color adjustment control chip with a built-in dual-channel 250V MOSFET. By adjusting the duty cycle of the input PWM signal or the analog level, the luminous proportions of two channels of LED light sources are adjusted to achieve the purpose of color adjustment. The output currents of the two channels of LEDs are complementary. During the color adjustment process, the total current remains unchanged and is equal to the current of the constant current source. BP5936D has very few external components. The VCC can be powered by the 3.3V standby power supply, and the external components for High Side power supply are omitted. The chip can be compatible with PWM signals with amplitudes of 3.3V/5V and analog signals of 0.5V to 1.8V. The floating high-voltage side can withstand a voltage of up to 600V with respect to GND, and can be widely adapted to various LED constant current drive circuits. BP5936D’s unique color temperature compensation function can set the color temperature deviation of two channels of LED lamp beads through an external resistor.
