BPD3010 is a 5V gate voltage MOS half-bridge driver chip that drives high-side and low-side NMOS. PWM input controls the high-side and low-side NMOS gates. The third state can turn off the high-side and low-side MOS simultaneously. It can quickly drive high-current MOS and is suitable for multi-phase synchronous rectification Buck applications. BPD3010 has a built-in bootstrap switch circuit and an equivalent bootstrap diode to charge the external bootstrap capacitor, simplifying peripheral devices. BPD3010 has built-in anti-cross-conduction protection. At the same time, it detects the gate-source voltage and output voltage of the high-side and low-side MOS to prevent cross-conduction. The EN of BPD3010 can control to turn off the high and low side MOS and enter the low-power standby mode.
