BPD93010E is a multiphase Buck controller that supports native 1 to 10 phases and is digitally controlled with a small package. It provides a very concise solution for powering CPUs/GPUs/AI chips. Only a very small number of peripheral devices are needed to meet the power supply requirements of low-voltage and high-current cores. The design of BPD93010E is compatible with traditional DCR power detection and meets the low-cost discrete solution. At the same time, it is also compatible with a more concise and efficient DrMOS power stage solution. BPD93010E can realize many key functions by changing the configuration of peripheral R/C of some pins or through digital configuration.
