OB21085 is a high-efficiency step-down DC-DC converter IC. The chip adopts a self-regulating COT architecture, and the CCM operating frequency is basically unchanged under a wide range of input voltages. When the load changes, the frequency conversion achieves a good dynamic response. The chip has a built-in analog ripple circuit, which does not require an external compensation network and provides a stable output over a wide load range.
The chip integrates a high-voltage switch, with over-current protection and over-temperature protection to avoid damage to the chip when it is overloaded or the temperature is too high. It provides input voltage under-voltage protection and output voltage short-circuit protection to ensure the safety of the chip under various voltage conditions.
