OB39R32T1 has a fast single-cycle 8051 core, 32KB+8KB flash memory, 256B+768B SRAM, and can execute all ASM51-compliant instructions, with the same instruction settings as the MCS-51. The on-chip integrates DC Regulator, ADC, and touch buttons.
