The OB5510 is a high-voltage process and mixed-digital-to-analog controller with a fast single-cycle 8051 core, 8KB flash memory, 512B SRAM, and the ability to execute all ASM51-compliant instructions with the same instruction settings as the MCS-51. The chip integrates analog modules such as DC regulator, ADC, MOSFET, etc., which can directly drive 5 relays or thyristors, and the chip can operate below 12V of the system power supply.
