OB5515CL

OB5515 is a main control chip that integrates high-voltage process and digital-analog hybrid technology, which is used in wall breaker products. The OB5515 features a fast single-cycle 8051 core, 16KB flash memory, 256B+512B SRAM, and can execute all ASM51-compliant instructions with the same instruction settings as the MCS-51. The chip integrates analog modules such as DC Regulator, ADC, MOSFET, and zero-crossing detection circuit, which can directly drive 5 relays or thyristors, and the chip can operate below 12V of the system power supply.
