OB5516 is a master control chip that integrates high-voltage process and digital-to-analog hybrid technology, which is used in soymilk machine products. The OB5516 features a fast single-cycle 8051 core, 32KB Flash, 1KB+256B SRAM, and can execute all ASM51-compliant instructions with the same instruction settings as the MCS-51. The chip integrates analog modules such as DC Regulator, ADC, MOSFET, touch button, zero-crossing detection line, etc., which can directly drive 5 relays or thyristors, and the chip can operate below 12V of the system power supply.
