The OB5518 is a master controller IC that integrates high-voltage process and digital-to-analog hybrid technology, with fast single-cycle 8051 core, 8KB MTP, 256B SRAM, MCS-51 instruction setting. The chip integrates analog modules such as DC Regulator, ADC, MOSFET, etc., which can directly drive 10 relays or thyristors, and the chip can operate below 12V of the system power supply.
