OB6617P integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 MCU, a 3-phase half-bridge driver, a high-precision 5V regulated power supply, 3 sets of high-bandwidth/high-slew-rate/rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, 3 sets of high-speed general-purpose comparators, and 2 sets of motor drive current protection comparators. The MCU can operate at a frequency of 50Mhz, provides 32kB FLASH and 4kB SRAM, integrates a coordinate rotation digital computer (Cordic) and a multiplicative division unit (MDU), and optimizes pulse-width modulation (PWM), operational amplifier (Amplifier), analog comparator (Comparator), analog digital sampler (ADC), and linkage between different modules for motor control, which is easy to develop high-performance algorithms.
