The OB6625 is a highly integrated, high-performance, low-cost 3-phase brushless DC motor (BLDC) or permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control IC, which requires only a small number of peripheral components to build a complete field oriented control (FOC) circuit. It integrates 32bit ARM Cortex-M0 MCU, 3P+3N full-bridge driver, and high-precision 5V regulated power supply.
The OB6625 provides complete chip protection and external motor drive current protection, including chip working power supply under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and bridge arm anti-pass-through protection. The drive circuit has a built-in dead zone; Motor drive overcurrent protection, etc. The built-in MCU can work at a frequency of 72Mhz, provides 32kB FLASH and 4kB SRAM, integrates a coordinate rotation digital computer (Cordic) and a multiplicative division unit (MDU), optimizes pulse width modulation (PWM), operational amplifier (Amplifier), analog comparator (Comparator), analog digital sampler (ADC), and linkage between different modules, which is easy to develop high-performance algorithms.
