OB6652CK

The OB6652 integrates a high-performance 8051 core and is a high-voltage mixed-signal master control chip (CCIC) that integrates IGBT driver, DC regulation, 35V MOSFETs, and analog zero-crossing detection mechanisms on-chip. The added loop control enables reliable and efficient control of the cooker power. The OB6652 outputs a PWM signal to drive an external IGBT that controls LC resonance. The OB6652 valley detection allows the system to operate in quasi-resonant switching mode, with the switching frequency defined by the control of the maximum turn-on time, minimum turn-off time, and minimum operating frequency.
The OB6652 can directly drive relays or thyristors, allowing it to be adapted to different system designs in home appliance applications. The OB6652 features 16K bytes of embedded flash memory, 256+256 bytes of internal RAM, 10-bit ADC, PWM, GPIOs, UART and I2C serial interfaces and digital peripherals.
The OB6652 provides comprehensive hardware protection features, including VCC overvoltage and undervoltage protection, surge protection, input Vac_in overvoltage protection, IGBT overvoltage and overcurrent protection. If no pots are detected, the system will go into standby mode.
The OB6652 is available in a 24-pin SOP package.
