OC1002

Category:

The OC1002 is a MOS transistor rectifier designed to replace diode rectification.
The OC1002 integrates two 30V/30mΩ MOS switches, a comparator, a charge pump boost circuit, and more. The gate drive circuit that controls the MOS transistor through a comparator maintains the unidirectional conduction characteristics of the MOS switch. The maximum operating frequency supported by the chip is 200Hz. MOS tube rectifiers have a smaller turn-on voltage drop than diodes, which significantly reduces conduction losses, reduces heat generation, and significantly improves system efficiency.
The OC1002 is ideal for LED automotive lighting applications that require a non-polarized input, and one OC1002 can replace two diodes.
The OC1002 is available in an SOP8 package.
