OC3002 is a built-in 30V power NMOS high-efficiency, high-precision step-up high-power IED constant current driver IC.
The OC3002 adopts a fixed turn-off time control mode, the turn-off time can be adjusted by an external capacitor, and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements.
The OC3002 can control the driving current of the high-brightness LED lamp by adjusting the external current sensing resistor to achieve the expected constant brightness of the LED lamp. Add a PWM signal to the EN end, and the LED light can also be dimmed. The OC3002 integrates a VDD regulator, soft-start, and over-temperature protection circuitry to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
The OC3002 is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in SW pin.
