OC5038 is a high-efficiency, high-precision switching step-down high-power LED constant current driver IC with built-in 90V power MOS.
The OC5038 features a fixed turn-off time for peak current control, the turn-off time can be adjusted by an external capacitor, and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements
The OC5038 can control the driving current of the high-brightness LED lamp by adjusting the external current sensing resistor to achieve the expected constant brightness of the LED lamp.
Add a PWM signal on the DIM side to dim the LED light. The DIM side also supports linear dimming
The OC5038 also integrates a VDD regulator and an over-temperature protection circuit to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
The OC5038 is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in SW pin.
