OC5116L is a high-power step-down high-power LED constant current driver IC with built-in 90V power MOS, high efficiency and high precision.
OC5116L adopts a fixed frequency PWM operation mode, and the typical operating frequency is 140KHz.
OC5116L uses an average current sensing mode and therefore has excellent load regulation characteristics.
OC5116L integrated high and low brightness function, which can be switched through the MODE port. MODE is suspended in high-light mode, and MODE is connected to low-light mode with 1/2 current in high.
OC5116L The VDD regulator and over-temperature protection circuits are also integrated to reduce the number of external components and improve system reliability.
OC5116L is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in SW pin.
