OC5128 is a high-efficiency and high-precision switching step-down high-power LED constant current driver IC with built-in 100V power MOS.
The OC5128 operates in a fixed-frequency PWM mode with a typical operating frequency of 160KHz.
The OC5128 has excellent load regulation characteristics due to its average current sensing mode.
The OC5128 has integrated high and low brightness functions, which can be switched through the MODE port. MODE is suspended in high-light mode, and MODE is connected to low-brightness mode with a high level of 1/2 current.
The OC5128 also integrates a VDD regulator and an over-temperature protection circuit to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
The OC5128 is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in SW pin.
