OC5138T is a high-efficiency and high-precision switching step-down high-power LED constant current driver IC with built-in 90V power MOS.
OC5138T operates in a fixed-frequency PWM mode, with a typical operating frequency of 140KHz.
OC5138T uses an average current sensing mode, so it has excellent load regulation characteristics.
OC5138T integrated high and low brightness function, which can be switched through the MODE port. MODE is suspended in high-light mode, and MODE is connected to low-light mode with 1/2 current in high.
The OC5138T also integrates a VDD regulator and an over-temperature protection circuit to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
OC5138T is available in a SOT23-6 package.
