OC5800E is a switching step-down DC-DC with a wide input voltage and a built-in 100V/10A power MOS with a maximum input voltage of 100V. OC5800E features low standby power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent bus voltage regulation and load regulation. It supports high current output, and the output current can reach more than 4A.
OC5800E supports both output constant voltage and output constant current functions.
OC5800E Adopt fixed frequency PWM control mode, typical switching frequency is 140KHz. The switching frequency is automatically reduced at light load to obtain high conversion efficiency. OC5800E Integrate soft-start and over-temperature protection circuits, output short-circuit protection, current limit protection and other functions to improve system reliability.
The OC5800E is available in an ESOP8 package with a built-in VIN pin for the heatsink.
