The OC5816 is a 2A highly integrated, high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck converter. Over a fairly wide range of output current loads, the OC5816 can operate efficiently.
The OC5816’s two modes of operation, fixed-frequency PWM peak current control and light-load PFM switching mode, allow the system to operate efficiently over a fairly wide range of output current loads.
The OC5816 is available in a SOT23-6 package with few external components.
