OC6701

OC6701 is a high-efficiency, high-precision step-up high-power LED constant current driver control chip.
OC6701 has built-in high-precision error amplifier, fixed shutdown time control circuit, constant current drive circuit, etc., which is especially suitable for high-power, multiple high-brightness LED string constant current drive.
The OC6701 is controlled by a fixed turn-off time, the turn-off time can be adjusted by an external capacitor, and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements.
The OC6701 can control the driving current of high-brightness LEDs by adjusting the external current-sensing resistor to achieve the expected constant brightness of the LEDs. Add a PWM signal to the EN end, and the LED light can also be dimmed.
The OC6701 integrates a VDD regulator, soft-start, and over-temperature protection circuitry to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
The OC6701 is available in a SOP8 package.
