The OC6702 is a built-in 100V power NMOS high-efficiency, high-precision step-up high-power LED constant current driver IC.
The OC6702 is controlled with a fixed turn-off time, which can be adjusted by an external capacitor and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements.
The OC6702 can control the driving current of the high-brightness LED lamp by adjusting the external current sensing resistor to achieve the expected constant brightness of the LED lamp. Add a PWM signal to the EN end, and the LED light can also be dimmed. The OC6702 integrates a VDD regulator, soft-start, and over-temperature protection circuitry to reduce external components and improve system reliability.
The OC6702 is available in an ESOP8 package. The heatsink has a built-in SW pin.
