OC6819

The OC6819 is an ultra-low standby power consumption, high-efficiency synchronous boost DC-DC with a standby current of only 6uA.
The OC6819 adopts a PFM control method with fixed on-time, which automatically reduces the switching frequency at light loads to maintain high conversion efficiency.
The OC6819 requires only 3 components in the periphery to convert the low input battery voltage to the required operating voltage.
The OC6819 uses patented control technology with ultra-low standby power consumption and high efficiency at light load. The OC6819 is capable of achieving an input current of only 15uA while maintaining the output voltage boost regulation, making it ideal for applications with high standby time requirements.
The OC6819 is available in SOT23-3 and SOT23-6 packs
