OC7140 is a linear step-down LED constant current driver with PWM dimming function, only one external resistor is needed to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit, and the output current range is 10~2000mA.
OC7140 has a built-in 30V 50 mOhm MOS.
The OC7140 has built-in overtemperature protection to protect the chip from damage caused by overheating.
The OC7140 has a very low quiescent current of 60uA typical.
The OC7140 has a PWM dimming function that regulates the LED current by adding a PWM signal to the DIM pin. The OC7140 is available in an ESOP8 package. Exposed heatsink to LED pins.
