The OC7141 is a linear step-down LED constant current driver with PWM dimming function, which can form a complete LED constant current driver circuit with only an external resistor and an NMOS tube, and the output current can be adjusted from 10mA to 3000mA.
The OC7141 has built-in overtemperature protection to protect the chip and MOS tube from damage caused by overheating. The OC7141 has a very low quiescent current of 60uA typical.
The OC7141 comes with PWM dimming, which adjusts the LED current by adding a PWM signal to the DIM pin.
The OC7141 is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
