OC7146 is a linear step-down LED constant current driver with PWM dimming function, which only needs to be connected to an external resistor to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit, and the output current range is 10~750mA.

The OC7146 has built-in overtemperature protection to protect the chip from damage caused by overheating.
The OC7146 has a very low quiescent current of 60uA typical.
The OC7146 comes with PWM dimming, which adjusts the LED current by adding a PWM signal to the DIM pin. The OC7146 is available in an ESOP8 package. Exposed heatsink to LED pins.
