The OC75XX series is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator featuring high input, low dropout voltage, ultra-low operating current, and miniaturized packaging. With quiescent currents as low as 3uA, the OC75XX is ideal for battery-powered devices.
With an input voltage range of 3.5V to 40V and a load of 0~150mA, the stability requirements of the OC75XX are easily met by various types of output capacitors, including small ceramic capacitors. The OC75XX is available in standard output voltages such as 2.5v, 3v, 3.3y and 5v.
The OC75XX is available in SOT23-3 and SOT89-3 packages.
