The OCE200 is a switching step-down DC-DC with a wide voltage input with a built-in 150V/5A power MOS and a maximum input voltage of 130V. The OCE200 features low standby power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent bus voltage regulation and load regulation. Support high current output, output current up to 1.5A or more
The OCE200 is PWM controlled at a fixed frequency with a typical switching frequency of 140KHz. The switching frequency is automatically reduced at light load to obtain high conversion efficiency.
The OCE200 integrates soft-start and over-temperature protection circuits, output short-circuit protection, current limit protection and other functions to improve system reliability.
The OCE200 is available in an ESOP8 package with a built-in SW pin for the heatsink.
